20 minutes 3 rounds 20 Canoe Rows #35/#25(no twisting the hips, keep core engaged. Arms strait) 20 weighted abs #30/#20 (1 rep is with the ball then no ball) 20 Russian twists #35/#25(keeps chest up, no rounding the back) After 3 Rounds you will AmRap (do as many rounds as possible with the remaining time) 10 DB Squat Cleans #35/#25 10 Toes 2 Bar


This is meant to have your core engaged 99% of the time. If you start twisting and using your back please stop or lower weight.
