1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 HandStand Push-ups

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Plated Burpees Suggested weight is 35/25#

you will do 30 double under after each set. For example 1 HSPU, 10 Plated Burpees 30 DU's; 2 HSPU's, 9 Plated Burpess, 30 DU's... ETC till you have finished.

Modifications: Negative HSPU's of seated DB Press. Keep your arms by your ears when in full extension. Legs fully extended in front of you. If you do not have a jump rope then run 100 meters in-between sets.
