50 Double unders or 100 singles

15 burpees

ME Box Jump (Max Effort)

Rest 2 min

Do the jump rope and burpees as fast as you can then finish off the rest of the time with Box jumps. Once your time is up rest for 2 Min. Then repeat. Try to do the same number of box jumps each round.
