WOD: 2 rounds of 4 stations at 3 minutes

Station 1: 10 Single Arm lateral raise plus Iso hold

(5 each arm) then 10 lateral raises/200m run/ wall sit

Station 2: AMRAP 20 Ball Slams/ 20 wall balls

Stations 3: 20 Single-leg V-ups/ wall sit

Station 4: KB Farmer carry with increasing burpees by 2 every 10 m.
