Rest 3 MinutesAMRAP 5:

Buy-In: 50 Double Unders

10 DB Hopping Burpees

5 DB front squats


Do jumping Jacks in place of Double under's if you cant do them. It is a 1;1

Also, do a quick warm up before beginning the workout
