Dumbbell Squat clean

Dumbbell pushpress

DB Facing burpees

NOTES: Everyone will do

3 rounds of 3 in the circuit

before moving to 6's. Then

3 rounds of the 6's before moving to the 9's

* The movements are meant to

blend into each other the last RDL can go

into a Squat Clean. The last SC can go into a PP

*Must use same weight for all movements
